About the project
Swiss Prime Site is completing the site at Albisriederstrasse 203 in Zürich Albisrieden with the YOND Campus. The neighbouring YOND is already an ecosystem of service companies, creatives, trades and startups; the extension adds around 35,000 square metres of usable floor space to what is there — a larger share of it rental space for retail and services, plus office and special-use areas. Construction is planned to start in 2025, with commissioning in phases from 2028. The site sits directly on public transport, in a quarter that carries on living around it while the work runs.
