We do. An Arclap technician handles mounting, alignment and commissioning on site — mast, corner, wall or tower. You don't need an electrician, an IT team or a lift; we bring what the job needs.

No. Our solar kits with 4G/5G connectivity run fully autonomously — a 330W solar module and battery buffer keep the camera live year-round, even on sites with no mains power and no network.

Our monitoring usually spots it before you do and most faults are fixed remotely. If hardware needs replacing, a new unit is on site within 24 hours — covered for the whole rental term.

Yes. As phases progress and sightlines change, we reposition or add cameras. Repositioning is part of the service on rented systems; for purchased systems it's a scheduled site visit.
